RESERVATIONS

Requesting or receiving information about the availability of the establishment does not imply the acceptance of the reservation by the Owner.
Within 48 hours following the acceptance of the “Pre-reservation” by the owner, the client must make a transfer to the bank account provided as a deposit to formalize the reservation, indicating their name and check-in date. The deposit will be the amount equivalent to one night of stay. After this period, if the payment has not been received, the establishment reserves the right to offer the accommodation to other potential clients. The remaining amount will be paid in cash once the client arrives at the establishment.

CANCELLATIONS

The duration of the stay and other services will last for the period agreed between the establishment and the client. Any extension or reduction of the previously agreed stay period must be consulted with the owner.

In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees will apply depending on the notice period. All related costs will be borne by the client. The percentages will be applied to the amount paid as a deposit. The cancellation notice periods and penalties are as follows:

**In case of early departure from the establishment, the total amount agreed upon for the room stay will be charged as compensation for damages caused.

CHECK-IN

No stays or use of the establishment’s facilities will be allowed by more people than stipulated in the reservation confirmation. Non-compliance with this rule will give the owner the right to take appropriate measures, including eviction.

It is mandatory for each traveler to complete and sign an occupancy form that the owner is required to submit to the Ertzaintza, as well as a check-in form detailing the services requested by the client. This document is considered a contract between both parties.

  • Prices include VAT
  • High season is considered to be bank holiday weekends and other holidays, Easter (the whole week), summer (from July 1st to August 31st), and Christmas (December 20th to January 10th)
  • Low season is considered to be the rest of the year

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES

  • The owner of the establishment will need to be informed of the approximate arrival time before noon on the day of arrival.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, the customer must occupy the room before 8 pm on the day they are planning to arrive. The room may otherwise be made available to other customers.
  • Arrival time at the establishment is after 2 pm.
    • At the end of their stay and unless otherwise arranged, the customer must leave the establishment before noon on the day of departure.
    • Breakfast is provided from 8 am to 10 am, except by agreement between both parties.
